Free Delivery – This is a signed for service provided by Royal Mail and they aim for delivery between 2-5 working days, however it can in extreme circumstances take up to 10 business days.

Next Day Delivery – Order before 1pm to receive Next Day Delivery Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be posted Friday and received Monday. UK only. 

Please note next day delivery is aimed for delivery by close of play next business day however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances Royal Mail orders may take longer.

Collection – Collection is available Monday between 12-4pm, Tuesday to Thursday between the hours of 9am-4pm. Friday 9am-2pm. Collect from J May Beauty Clinic and Academy, 8 New Street, Wellington, TF1 1NE

When we have a sale or promotion running please allow extra time for standard shipping parcels to be packed and processed 

Refund & Returns:

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you would like to return or exchange goods ordered. You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the order.

Due to hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/ unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened, items must be returned with seal intact. Glues and liquids are non refundable or exchangeable.

In the event that a product received is faulty or damaged we can of course exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 28 days of receipt and once the return is received, inspected and deemed faulty we can then either issue a refund or exchange.

Any FREE or SALE products received along with our with our BUY 5 GET 1 FREE are non refundable or exchangeable.
